During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the festive decorations and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to provide helpful tips on nearby attractions. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with scenic views and easy access to public transportation. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing.
My overall experience at this hotel was underwhelming. the rooms were outdated and not well-maintained, with the heating system not working properly.
